
This nourishing hair mask helps moisturize dry hair, soften curls and frizz, add shine, reduce breakage, and soothe the scalp naturally.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 2 tablespoons raw Honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil (optional for extra dryness)
- 1 egg yolk (optional for protein and shine)
Instructions:
- Mash the avocado until completely smooth.
- Stir in honey and oil.
- Add egg yolk if using.
- Blend until creamy.
How to Apply:
- Dampen hair slightly.
- Apply from mid-length to ends.
- Massage remaining mixture into scalp.
- Cover with a shower cap or towel.
- Leave on for:
- 20–30 minutes for moisture
- up to 45 minutes for deep conditioning
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Shampoo lightly if needed.
