Deep Moisture Hair Mask

Avocado halves, egg yolk, lime halves, whipped cream, coconut oil, argan oil, honey with dipper, and rosemary on wooden table

This nourishing hair mask helps moisturize dry hair, soften curls and frizz, add shine, reduce breakage, and soothe the scalp naturally.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons raw Honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil (optional for extra dryness)
  • 1 egg yolk (optional for protein and shine)

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocado until completely smooth.
  2. Stir in honey and oil.
  3. Add egg yolk if using.
  4. Blend until creamy.

How to Apply:

  1. Dampen hair slightly.
  2. Apply from mid-length to ends.
  3. Massage remaining mixture into scalp.
  4. Cover with a shower cap or towel.
  5. Leave on for:
    • 20–30 minutes for moisture
    • up to 45 minutes for deep conditioning
  6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  7. Shampoo lightly if needed.

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Hair Growth: Add 3 drops of rosemary essential oil
  • Extra Shine: Add 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • Dry Scalp: Add 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel

Best used fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
