Energy Balls are the perfect little pick-me-up — sweet, no-bake treats packed with wholesome ingredients that take just minutes to make. They’re ideal for quick breakfasts, after-school snacks, or that mid-afternoon boost we all need sometimes.
Here’s our master recipe that you can mix, match, and make your own! 👇
The Base of the energy ball:
1 ¼ cups rolled oats 2 tbsp “power mix-ins” (chia, flax, hemp seeds — or all three!)
½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
⅓ cup honey or pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
½ cup of your favorite mix-ins
Oats make it hearty, nut butter adds healthy fats and helps bind it all together, and the honey or maple syrup gives that perfect touch of sweetness — naturally. 🍯
